Week #6 Thing #15

I had a "stolen" idea that I heard about another Kindergarten teacher exploring! I thought it was great and wanted to see if it enhanced the learning of my students! My concept is "Blends all Around Us". I want students to be able to explore our school and find real world examples of blends all around them! When I say blends I am not thinking smoothie but (ST, SP, FL, PL ect.) During our lunch break I was very excited to see how easy it was to find and capture blends. It was really fun too! I think that this will be a project that, with intense teacher guidance may excite and engage my kiddos.
